I am passionate about supporting riders in their journey, helping them understand that anxiety management for riders is possible. I’m Kim Walker, and I created Ride with Anxiety to help riders like you move through fear, build trust in yourself, and ride with courage. This space is for learning, healing, and taking the next step forward—at your own pace.
